Manoj’s passion for exploring new horizons led him to work in different countries, including Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. His exposure to diverse cultures and business practices honed his ability to adapt and thrive in various environments, making him a truly global leader. Throughout his professional journey, Manoj held key leadership positions in various sectors, including Head of audit, risk and compliance, Chief Operating Officer, Managing Director, and Board Member. Building on his wealth of experience and industry insights, Manoj ventured into entrepreneurship, founding his own company. Manoj’s vision is to build LifeStage Management Services as a business that goes beyond profit, focusing on sustainable solutions, corporate social responsibility, and empowering communities. His goal is to build an organization that excels in providing cutting-edge services while making a positive impact on the lives of its stakeholders. As a leader, Manoj is committed to mentoring and nurturing the next generation of professionals and entrepreneurs. Moni Kumari’s life journey exemplifies the spirit of adaptability, perseverance, and the pursuit of excellence. From being a devoted housewife and a nurturing mother to co-founding LifeStage Management Services, her story stands as a testament to the power of determination and the ability to reinvent oneself. Moni Kumari pursued her B.Sc. (Honors), followed by a B.Ed. degree, demonstrating a keen interest in science, learning, teaching, and pedagogy. Her experience as a mother and background in education brings unique perspective to the business. Moni Kumari believes in giving back to society. She actively engages in philanthropic initiatives, supporting causes related to education, women empowerment, and child welfare. Her dedication to making a difference in the lives of others serves as an inspiration to her colleagues and peers.
CS Neeta Sinha
Neeta Sinha is a highly skilled and dedicated professional. Her journey exemplifies how one can follow their heart’s calling and find fulfilment in multiple career paths. Neeta is a qualified Company Secretary who has over 20 years of successful corporate career with well-known MNCs. She discovered her passion for teaching early on. She found immense joy in sharing her knowledge and expertise with others and seeing them grow professionally. This realization ignited her enthusiasm for a dual career, combining her corporate expertise with her zeal for teaching, mentoring, and training. For over a decade, she has been a visiting faculty with Jaipuria Institute of Management and ICSI Noida Chapter. Beyond her professional achievements, Neeta embarked on a personal journey to explore meditation and mindfulness. As an experienced meditation practitioner, she has become a guiding light for those seeking inner peace and balance amidst the demands of modern life. She conducts meditation workshops, and one-on-one sessions to help individuals embark on their own paths of self-discovery and inner growth.
