Manoj’s passion for exploring new horizons led him to work in different countries, including Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. His exposure to diverse cultures and business practices honed his ability to adapt and thrive in various environments, making him a truly global leader. Throughout his professional journey, Manoj held key leadership positions in various sectors, including Head of audit, risk and compliance, Chief Operating Officer, Managing Director, and Board Member. Building on his wealth of experience and industry insights, Manoj ventured into entrepreneurship, founding his own company. Manoj’s vision is to build LifeStage Management Services as a business that goes beyond profit, focusing on sustainable solutions, corporate social responsibility, and empowering communities. His goal is to build an organization that excels in providing cutting-edge services while making a positive impact on the lives of its stakeholders. Moni Kumari pursued her B.Sc. (Honors), followed by a B.Ed. degree, demonstrating a keen interest in science, learning, teaching, and pedagogy. Her experience as a mother and background in education brings unique perspective to the business. Moni Kumari believes in giving back to society. She actively engages in philanthropic initiatives, supporting causes related to education, women empowerment, and child welfare.
